Massage Therapy

What are the benefits of a Therapeutic Massage?

Massage therapy can be beneficial for the reduction of stress and fatigue. It can help to improve circulation, reduce pain, and improve sleep. It can ease symptoms of depression, improve balance in older adults, lower blood pressure, decrease symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and increase range of motion. Massage therapy can contribute to your overall general wellness.

Often, a therapeutic massage and a chiropractic adjustment can benefit each other. This is why we offer massage therapy at our Ontario Chiropractic office.

We offer the following types of Massage Therapy

Your massage will be as unique as you are. Talk to your Massage Therapist before he/she begins.

Deep Tissue Massage – Apply pressure to layers of muscle, tendons, and other tissues under the skin

Reflexology - Pressure points on the feet, hands, and ears (stay relaxed longer)

Cupping - a method of applying acupressure by creating a vacuum on the patient’s skin

Swedish Massage – Focuses on relaxation

Stretch Massage – Combining stretching with your Massage Therapy

Myo Therapy - Trigger point relief therapy

Prenatal Massage - Lower back and neck to help the stresses of pregnancy

Trigger Point Massage – Focuses on tight muscle fibers
